Our training is designed to prepare trainers to deliver confidently online but the online environment can be busy and unpredictable. All of our events are hosted by an expert in online training who will deal with any technical issues and will field questions as they come in, storing them until the trainer is ready to take them hence maximising the focus of the event.
Having a host in the room really helps to give the trainer a feeling of confidence and allows them to concentrate on delivering their course without having to worry about any of the technical aspects of the environment. This gives them the confidence to deliver engaging interactive events right from the start. They can also relax in the knowledge that, if anything goes wrong, an expert is on hand to deal with it swiftly and professionally.
Having a host in the room also allows us to provide high quality customer service to the delegates, making them feel valued, welcome and confident.
We believe that hosted events are essential, even for experienced trainers as there is simply too much going on during a session for one person to deal with.
