The training process is structured and consists of 3 hours of largely one to one training over the Internet. This gives trainers all the confidence they need to go on and deliver high quality professional online training with an experienced host in the room to help with any difficulties that occur.
Our training will show delegates how to use the software to train over the Internet as well as covering the reasons why some things work well and others do not. Our aim is to give trainers an understanding of the theory behind training online as well as teaching them how to deliver effectively over the Internet.
